Deb began as a real estate closing secretary in 1977. She became a full time real estate agent in 1986 specializing in residential homes and was awarded the 'New Associate of the Year' in 1987 and 'Realtor of the Year' in 2002. She also holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (only approximately 5% of all Realtors hold this desigation). Deb is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors.

Mark Hopkins is a graduate of Midland Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He has been in residential construction since 1979. In 1987 he started Mark Hopkins Homes, Inc., building the first 'Smart House' in Omaha. Mark joined Deb in 1998 and specializes in new construction.

Deb's years of real estate experience combined with Mark's construction expertise present their clients with the best available real estate counsel. They are ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in the Omaha area, 3rd top agents in Omaha for 2005 and have been awarded top partners in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2006 and 'Best New Home Sales Team' in 2002. They have a combined 38 years of experience in the Real Estate Community.

Together, Mark and Deb Hopkins produced real estate sales in excess of Twenty Million Dollars in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006. They have the experience and expertise to assist buyers and sellers in the selection of both existing and new construction homes.

Steve Minino
Steve is an Associate Realtor who works with the Hopkins Home Team as a buyers and/or sellers agent. Steve is a third generation Realtor who is also the son of Deb Hopkins, so he has second hand experience having grown up in the real estate industry.

Allison Speer
Allison is our Administrative Assistant and also an Associate Realtor with 6 years of Real Estate experience. She will handle your property with the same dedication as we would. She will also be working with our buyers who call and inquire about a property as well as assisting with open houses.
